Look what I brought today!

Today, after a long time, I went shopping to the supermarket, the truth was expected to me that there would always be people waiting outside and that it would not let me go straight, but this time it was not like this. I also expected everything to be hallways filled with emptiness, but this time it was not like this either. There were many products, but all were VERY EXPENSIVE and I guess that is why people flee from fear for those prices. Looking through the hallways while I saw all of these products, I remembered my childhood, when in the shelf they had many more interesting things, maybe I regret not to buy them because I was still little, but it was other times, where I did not know that I was expecting an era of hunger and misery Looking through the hallways while I saw all of these products, I remembered my childhood, when in the shelf they had many more interesting things, maybe I regret not to buy them because I was still little, but it was other times, where I did not know that I was expecting an era of hunger and misery (well not so hungry, today I ate a lot)..

In the cookies section, many of them disappeared, among them the Oreo's, Newtons and the Reinitas, my favorites at that time, were like cookies with strawberry jelly in the center, they were very delicious and I always accompanied it with milk. The cereal section, they were all Corn Flakes and Special K, there are no more variety than before... I remembered that Nestle cereals were sold before, like Nesquik, Zucosos, Trix... I always asked my mom to buy them because they brought the coolest gifts! I remember that there was a promotion that gave away a CD with racing games, it was the best (unfortunately, I have not seen my original CDs again).

Another cereal that I enjoyed is the Flips, wheat flakes with fillings, it looks like dog food but they are FRICKING DELICIOUS! The best thing is that you could eat either alone or with milk, always enjoyed a package at recess. I was surprised that they still sold it, and with the same cool essence as always, but not the same price... 265,000 bolivars are what it costs to me (45 cents). I bought it, why? Because it's an experience that maybe I'll never enjoy it again, a bit of my childhood, it's inside this cardboard box...
